Exhausted, foggy, anxious or not yourself, and told it's "just your age" or "just hormones"? We find out what is really driving your symptoms, and build a plan to help you feel like yourself again.
Always alongside your GP and specialist care, never instead of it.
Why we exist
Hormones don't work alone. Thyroid, blood sugar, gut health, stress, sleep and nutrients all shape how you feel through your cycle, pregnancy, perimenopause and beyond. Too many women are told their symptoms are normal, and left without answers.

Know the signs
Hormonal changes are part of life, but suffering through them shouldn't be. The pattern matters more than any single symptom.

Early intervention
Hormonal symptoms often start subtly and build over months or years, pulling in sleep, gut, thyroid and mood. The earlier the drivers are found, the more straightforward they are to support.
Our philosophy
Oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone through your cycle, pregnancy, perimenopause and menopause.
The gut and liver clear used hormones; the thyroid, blood sugar and nutrients shape how well your hormones work.
Hormones act on the brain, affecting mood, sleep, memory and stress, and stress in turn affects your hormones.
Measure, don't guess
Three layers of assessment build a clear picture before anything is recommended.
A detailed look at your symptoms, cycle, life stage and history, so testing is chosen for a reason.
Start here →A baseline blood panel read against functional ranges, not just "normal" or "abnormal".
Targeted tests for the systems most likely to be involved, never as a blanket screen.
See the lab tests →Everything comes together in a personal plan: a baseline to measure progress against, the drivers we have found, and what to change first.

FAQ
No. We don't prescribe HRT or other medication. Many women use HRT alongside our support, and we can help you prepare for that conversation with your GP or menopause specialist. We look at the nutrition, gut, thyroid, blood sugar, stress and sleep factors that affect how you feel, with or without HRT.
We don't replace a medical diagnosis. Conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis and thyroid disease are diagnosed by your GP or a specialist. Our role is to find the drivers behind your symptoms and support you alongside that care.
